BillingFlow, a young SaaS company aiming to make professional invoicing accessible for freelancers and SMBs without accountant overhead.

The challenge

What stood in the way.

The market is full of bloated invoicing tools. BillingFlow wanted something sharper: a correct VAT invoice in 3 clicks, automated reminders and Stripe payment, without the user needing to know VAT rules. And it had to go live fast, within one quarter.

Our contribution

What we brought together.

Vorlyo built the full application: a custom PDF engine with company branding, VAT logic for NL + EU reverse-charge, Stripe integration for direct payment, automated reminders and a dashboard for client management, subscriptions and revenue insight. Hosted close to the user worldwide, so it stays fast everywhere.
