Yes. We build, host and maintain everything under one roof. The whole setup is built around that. One party stays responsible for speed, security and uptime, and there is never a debate about where a problem comes from.
Essential, Growth and Managed are service levels with a starting price; Enterprise is quoted entirely around your scope. Your monthly amount can therefore fall between two starting prices or be higher for a heavy platform. You always see the exact amount in the proposal first, never as a surprise on the invoice.
Your plan follows from the scope of your project. What your site runs in database, integrations and traffic determines what it costs to keep it running well, so you cannot simply drop to a lower plan. If something changes, whether your site grows, an integration is added or you need less, we talk it through and look at what does fit.
Care runs for a minimum of twelve months, after that with one month’s notice. Those twelve months are what keeps the monthly amount low: the setup, migration and configuration are built into it rather than invoiced separately up front. After that it continues for as long as you want it to.
