A calm studio. A fragmented booking process.
Bookings were scattered across email, phone and a separate scheduling tool.
Separate scheduling, messages and payments needed constant coordination. Booking added friction for members, while every change meant more work for the studio.
The brief was to carry the studio’s identity into a website that also supports the work behind it.

A single class, class pass or subscription: payment through Stripe connects to the selected class.

Members receive a confirmation and reminder. The studio does not need to follow up on every booking individually.

One overview for the studio.
Occupancy, revenue and members come together in the studio dashboard. The website is connected to daily operations: bookings and payments form one system.
